## Description

🌿 Green Tea🍓 Strawberry Blend☕ Light Caffeine🌿 Loose Leaf

A summer-iced cup, hot or cold — green tea threaded with real strawberry pieces.

A green-tea base with visible pieces of dried strawberry mixed through the leaf — you can see the red against the green before you ever pour the cup. The fruit is sweet enough to round the green tea’s natural edge but not loud enough to mask it. The result is bright and fruit-forward without tasting candied.

It works hot in spring afternoons and exceptional poured over ice when summer turns the kitchen warm. Lower in caffeine than a black tea, gentle enough for a second cup later in the day.

 🍓

Real Fruit

Visible strawberry pieces, not just flavour oil

 🌿

Light Green Base

Smooth Chinese green leaf, no grassy bitterness

 ❄️

Hot or Iced

Built for both — especially the iced version

 ✨

 **The Sampson Promise**

We only put ingredients in our products that we would use on our own family. Every ingredient has a purpose. If it doesn’t need to be there, it isn’t.

Origin

China

Format

Steep Time

~25 cups (50g)

## Tasting Notes

🍓

Ripe Strawberry

Aroma

Sweet and slightly jammy, the smell of strawberries warmed in the sun — not candy, not syrup. The fruit greets the cup before the leaf.

🌿

Mellow Green

Body

A soft Chinese green-tea base — closer to a sencha than to a gunpowder. Lets the strawberry sit forward without going thin or grassy.

✨

Clean Sweet Finish

Aftertaste

The strawberry lingers softly, the green tea closes the cup without bitterness. No sugar required — the sweetness comes from the fruit.

## How to Brew

01

Measure

One level teaspoon (about 2g) per 8oz cup. Slightly more for an iced brew.

02

Heat the Water

80–85°C / 175–185°F. Boiling water on green tea draws bitterness from the leaf — bring the kettle just shy of a boil.

03

Steep 2–3 Minutes

Two minutes for a lighter, more strawberry-forward cup. Three for a fuller green-tea body. Strain before the leaves over-extract.

Water

80–85°C

Time

2–3 min

Per Cup

1 tsp

For the iced version, brew double-strength, sweeten very lightly with honey while still warm, then pour over ice with fresh strawberry slices. The cup tastes like the first weekend of summer.

## About the Tea

🌿

Chinese Green Tea

The Base

A soft, lightly pan-fired Chinese green leaf chosen for roundness over astringency. Smooth enough that the fruit can sit forward without fighting the cup.

🍓

Strawberry Pieces

The Fruit

Real dried strawberry pieces visible in the blend — not just flavour oil sprayed on the leaf. They re-hydrate as the tea steeps and release their natural sweetness into the cup.

✨

Natural Flavour

The Finish

A small amount of natural strawberry flavour rounds out the cup — fruit pieces alone can taste hollow once dried, the natural flavour lifts them back to ripe.

In the tin

Green tea, strawberry pieces, natural strawberry flavour.

Origin & Sourcing

Green tea from China — a soft, lightly fired leaf rather than a sharp gunpowder. Strawberry pieces dried, sieved, and folded through the blend in small batches for the Sampson shelf.
